We are confident in the quality of our products and all our sofas are covered by warranties.

Good To Know:

Our Warranties start on the day on delivery. When making a claim you will need the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

 

This Warranty covers the following defects: 


5 YEARS WARRANTY

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in sofa’s frame/structure.

3 YEARS WARRANTY
  • This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in seat cushions and sofa stitching
  • Body indentations of 2cm or greater
2 YEARS WARRANTY

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in sofa’s mechanism

1 YEAR WARRANTY

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in sofa’ electrical recliner’s motor

 

What Is NOT Covered

  • Misuse, Neglect, Or Improper Handling
  • Scratches, Burns, Cuts, Pet Damage, Or Normal Wear And Tear
  • Any Tampering Or Repairs Done By Unauthorized Parties
  • Damage Due To Improper Foundation Or Structural Support
  • Alterations Caused By Environmental Factors (E.G. Heat, Light, Humidity)
  • Improper Cleaning Or Use Of Harsh Chemicals On Upholstery
  • Spills From Acidic, Solvent-Based, Or Corrosive Substances (E.G. Ink, Paint, Body Fluids)
  • Commercial, Rental, Or Non-Residential Usage
  • Packaging, Transportation, Or Delivery Costs
  • Damage Incurred During Handling, Transportation, Or Relocation


Terms & Conditions

  1. This Warranty Is Only Valid For The Original Purchaser At The Original Delivery Address.
  2. Transportation Charges For Warranty Claims (To And From The Service Center) Must Be Borne By The Purchaser.
  3. If Reupholstering Is Required, The Cost Of Materials Will Also Be Charged To The Purchaser.
  4. Repair Timelines Are Subject To Material Availability, And We Reserve The Right To Substitute Materials Of Equal Quality If Identical Materials Are Unavailable.
  5. All Claims Must Be Submitted In Writing Through The Original Furniture Dealer Where The Purchase Was Made.
  6. Proof Of Purchase (Receipt/Invoice) Is Required For All Warranty Claims.
  7. This Warranty Is Valid Within Malaysia Only.
